Yummy Buttered Spaghetti
What you need:
1 cup spaghetti pasta, cooked
1 can whole peeled tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons salted butter
Salt and cracked pepper to taste
To make the sauce, melt the butter in a large skillet over moderate heat. Saute the garlic in the butter for 1 minute. Insert the whole peeled tomatoes (like the juices) and a dab of cracked pepper.
With a spoon, break the tomatoes into smaller chunks. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Allow to simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to simmer for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally (dividing the tomatoes into smaller pieces).
When ready, season with salt then add the cooked spaghetti. Stir until pasta is coated with the sauce. Serve warm.

Saute the garlic in a pan over medium-high heat (rather over butter) for 1 minute) Add the whipping cream and the pumpkin puree. Simmer for 3-4 minutes then stir in the cheese.
Add the cooked pasta and coat with sauce. Add water if you would like a thinner consistency and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
